The vast majority of training courses are held in-person at our office and typically last three days, but some are conducted remotely via Teams and last one day.
External Training
At Support Online, we also support employee self-development. We offer opportunities to participate in external training programs organized by companies such as Veeam, VMware, Fortinet, CompTIA, and educational platforms such as TryHackMe, as well as Microsoft certification courses.
If an employee prepares for the exam and passes the certification on their own, the company will reimburse the cost of the certification (of course, if related to the company's IT area and business strategy).
