REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
regarding the use of the Support-online.pl website
("Regulations")
§ 1. General provisions
1. These Regulations define the rules for the provision of services electronically by Support Online sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Poleczki 23, 02-822 Warsaw, NIP: 9512032692, REGON: 017431965, KRS: 0000078497, (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") via the website available at www.support-online.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
2. The Regulations are made available free of charge on the Website in a manner enabling their acquisition, reproduction and recording.
3. The Service Recipient is an entity using services provided electronically (hereinafter: "Service Recipient"). The Services are directed in particular to the Service Provider's clients who have concluded an agreement for the provision of IT support (hereinafter: "Main Agreement") and entities interested in concluding such an agreement.
§2. Types and scope of services provided electronically
1. The Service Provider provides the following services electronically (hereinafter collectively: "Services"):
a) contact form – enabling the submission of an inquiry to the Service Provider via the contact form;
b) Customer Zone – providing the Service User with access to information regarding the implementation of the Main Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer Zone").
2. The services are provided free of charge, but the Customer Zone is only available to customers who have concluded the Main Agreement.
§3. Terms of service provision by electronic means
1. To use the Website, you must:
a) a device with Internet access;
b) an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) with cookies enabled;
2. The Service User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, good practices and the provisions of the Regulations.
3. The Service Recipient undertakes to keep the access data to the Customer Zone confidential, in particular not to make the login and password available to unauthorized persons.
4. The Service Provider may temporarily restrict access to the Website due to maintenance work, updates or security reasons.
5. The Service User is prohibited from providing illegal content, in particular:
a) violating legal provisions, personal rights, copyrights or industrial property rights;
b) containing offensive content, inciting violence, discrimination or hatred; c) containing malware or content that may disrupt the operation of the Website.
6. In the event of a violation of the prohibition, the Service Provider may block the Service User's access to the Website, selected Services or remove content.
§4. Conditions for concluding and terminating the contract
1. Agreement for the provision of electronic services regarding:
a) contact form – is concluded when the inquiry is sent;
b) Customer Zone – is concluded upon conclusion of the Main Agreement.
2. The contract for the provision of electronic services is terminated:
a) for the contact form – at the moment of sending the inquiry to the Service User, whereby the data may be stored in accordance with the retention rules resulting from the Main Agreement or legal provisions;
b) for the Customer Zone – by deactivating the account (e.g. after the end of the Main Agreement) or at the request of the Service User, unless this is prevented by the need to store data resulting from the Main Agreement, legal provisions or other arrangements between the parties.
3. The Service Provider may terminate the Regulations with respect to a specific Service Recipient for important reasons, in particular:
a) violation of the Regulations by the Service User;
b) security reasons (e.g. detection of attempts to interfere with the operation of the Website); c) termination of the Main Agreement – in the scope of the Customer Zone.
§5. Complaints
1. The Service User may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Website via the following channels: a) by e-mail to the following address: support@support-online.pl or
b) in writing to the registered office address of the Service Provider.
2. The complaint should include at least: data enabling the identification of the Service Recipient, contact details, description of the problem, date of occurrence and the expected method of resolution.
3. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
§6. Responsibility
1. The Service Provider exercises due diligence to ensure the proper operation of the Website, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.
2. The Service Provider is not responsible for:
a) interruptions in access resulting from reasons beyond our control (network failures, force majeure);
b) actions of third parties;
c) consequences of the Service User making access data available to unauthorized persons.
§7. Personal data
1. The Service Provider is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of the Website. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, including legal bases, storage periods, categories of recipients, and the rights of data subjects, is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
§8. Final provisions
1. The Service Provider may change the Regulations for important reasons, in particular in the event of a change in the functionality of the Website, a change in legal provisions, or a change in the manner of providing the Services.
2. The Service Provider will inform about changes to the Regulations by publishing information about the changes to the Regulations and their content on the Website, and in the case of changes concerning the Customer Zone – also through a message displayed to users after logging in.
3. The Regulations do not violate the provisions of the Main Agreement - in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Regulations and the provisions of the Main Agreement, the provisions of the Main Agreement shall prevail.
