Who is the controller of my personal data?
The controller of personal data is Support Online sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-822) at ul. Poleczki 23 (hereinafter: Support Online).
What personal data does the Controller process?
Support Online, as a controller of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR, processes in particular the following personal data:
Personal data of job applicants (data provided by candidates to the controller in connection with participation in recruitment processes – in particular data contained in the CV)
Personal data of contractors and their representatives (company data* and contact persons – basic data used for issuing and accounting invoices (name, tax identification number, business address) and for contact purposes (name, surname, company name, job position, e-mail address, phone number))
Persons submitting inquiries via contact forms, e-mail and telephone (basic contact data (name, surname, e-mail address) provided in connection with inquiries submitted to the controller)
Personal data processed in connection with running profiles on social media platforms LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X Internet Unlimited Company
* – Company data is treated as personal data only if it allows identification of the individuals concerned. Data of capital companies is not treated as personal data.
* – GDPR = Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
On what basis does the Controller process my personal data?
Below are the principles of processing your personal data (in particular, who has access to it, how long it is stored and what the legal bases for processing are).
Personal data of job applicants
Purposes and legal bases of processing: Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process or also for future recruitment processes in the event that you give appropriate consent (The basis for processing this data is applicable legal regulations (in particular the Labour Code) and your consent)
Recipients of data: These data may be disclosed to entities authorized under the law. Access to the data on the basis of relevant agreements may also be granted to entities supporting Support Online in the field of services and IT infrastructure.
Retention period: Personal data processed by the controller will be stored for a maximum period of 1 year from the end of the recruitment process or until the consent is withdrawn.
Transfer of data to a third country: As a rule, Support Online does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter: EEA), however, there may be situations in which Support Online will use IT service providers whose registered office/servers may be located outside the EEA. In such a case, the basis for the transfer of data will be standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Automated decision-making / profiling: Support Online does not make decisions based on automated processing, including profiling (with regard to the above-described purposes of data processing).
Voluntary / obligation to provide data: Providing personal data to the extent required by law, in particular the Labour Code, is mandatory; otherwise it is voluntary.
Personal data of contractors and their representatives
Purposes and legal bases of processing: Personal data of contractors will be processed for the purposes of performing contracts concluded between the parties (on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party) and fulfilling obligations imposed on the controller by applicable law (on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (in particular in the field of issuing and storing VAT invoices), resulting, among others, from the Accounting Act and VAT Act. Personal data of representatives of contractors will be processed for contact purposes, including establishing and maintaining contact (on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the controller, which is to ensure contact with the contractor and ensure the performance of contracts concluded with contractors) as well as for the purposes of fulfilling obligations imposed on the controller under applicable law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Personal data of contractors and their representatives may also be processed for the purpose of possible establishment and defence of claims (the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the controller consisting in pursuing and defending against claims) as well as for the purpose of sending commercial information in the event of giving appropriate consent (the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in connection with consent to receive commercial information).
Recipients of data: These data may be disclosed to entities authorized under the law. Access to the data on the basis of relevant agreements may also be granted to entities supporting Support Online in the field of IT services (in particular hosting providers).
Retention period: Personal data of contractors and their representatives will be stored for the period required by applicable law. Contact data of representatives of contractors processed for the purpose of maintaining contact will be stored until an objection to the processing of such data is raised.
Transfer of data to a third country: As a rule, Support Online does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter: EEA), however, there may be situations in which Support Online will use IT service providers whose registered office/servers may be located outside the EEA. In such a case, the basis for the transfer of data will be standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Automated decision-making / profiling: Support Online does not make decisions based on automated processing, including profiling (with regard to the above-described purposes of data processing).
Voluntary / obligation to provide data: Providing personal data is voluntary, however, necessary to maintain contact with Support Online and to perform contracts concluded between the parties.
Persons submitting inquiries via contact forms, e-mail and telephone
Purposes and legal bases of processing: Personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting electronic correspondence and carrying out activities undertaken at your request (the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller consisting in conducting electronic correspondence and carrying out activities at the request of data subjects).
Recipients of data: These data may be disclosed to entities authorized under the law. Access to the data on the basis of relevant agreements may also be granted to providers of infrastructure and IT services processing data on behalf of Support Online.
Retention period: Personal data processed by the controller will be stored for the duration of electronic correspondence and subsequently for archival purposes for the period specified in the controller’s records management instruction.
Transfer of data to a third country: As a rule, Support Online does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter: EEA), however, there may be situations in which Support Online will use IT service providers whose registered office/servers may be located outside the EEA. In such a case, the basis for the transfer of data will be standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Controllers of personal data: Controllers of personal data processed on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X Internet Unlimited Company are also the entities operating these platforms:
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, which processes your personal data under the rules described there
The administrator of the YouTube platform, which processes your personal data under the rules described there
Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited (Facebook), which processes your personal data under the rules described there
Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited (Instagram), which processes your personal data under the rules described there
TikTok Technology Limited and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited as joint controllers (TikTok), which process your personal data under the rules described there
X Internet Unlimited Company, which processes your personal data under the rules described there
hereinafter jointly referred to as “Platforms”
Purposes and legal bases of processing: Support Online processes your personal data for the purpose of managing profiles on the Platforms, in particular for publishing posts, conducting discussions in comments, conducting correspondence via private messages, as well as for statistical purposes (obtaining statistics based on your behavior on our profile (e.g. post views)) and marketing purposes, and in justified cases also for the purpose of establishing and defending claims. These activities constitute the legitimate interest of Support Online (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which is the basis for processing your personal data.
Recipients of data: In the case of sharing posts/conducting discussions, access to this data is granted to authorized employees of Support Online, the Platforms, as well as other persons and entities described in the privacy policies of the Platforms. References to these policies are indicated in the section “Controllers of personal data”.
Retention period: Your personal data will be stored for the period defined in the privacy policies of the Platforms.
Transfer of data to a third country: As a rule, Support Online does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter: EEA), however, there may be situations in which Support Online will use IT service providers whose servers may be located outside the EEA. In such a case, the basis for the transfer of data will be standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Automated decision-making / profiling: Support Online does not make decisions based on automated processing, including profiling (with regard to the above-described purposes of data processing). However, Support Online may use technologies for displaying personalized advertisements, which are described in the section “Information on cookies” below.
Voluntary / obligation to provide data: Providing personal data is voluntary, however, necessary to post comments/send private messages to Support Online/use other functionalities of the Platforms.
What rights do I have in connection with the processing of my personal data?
Depending on the situation, you have the right to:
request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability;
withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
object to the processing of your personal data;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO – President of the Personal Data Protection Office)
